GET TO KNOW US

AcroMovementLT is a collective of AcroYoga teachers, movement coaches and event-makers who believe that shared play builds strong bodies and even stronger communities.

United by long winter jam sessions in Vilnius and sunny pop-up classes in Kaunas, we now guide retreats, workshops and weekly practices.

OUR MISSION

We want to create a supportive and inspiring Acro community where each member can grow, improve, and share their experiences with others. Also, to show people that they are capable of much more than they can think.

OUR VISION

A Lithuania where AcroYoga and conscious mobility are part of everyday culture - linking cities and small towns, welcoming all ages and levels, and drawing international movers to world-class workshops and festivals in our forests, studios and public squares.

THINGS WE DO

We started as a place of all things AcroYoga, but with a growing teacher's team we've expanded into realms of soft acrobatics, movement and more!

At the moment we teach regular classes in Vilnius and Kaunas, but hope that one day will be a bit of AcroMovementLT in all cities of Lithuania (and maybe even beyond?)

We offer a variety of activities such as regular classes, workshops, jams, retreats and festivals. We are more than happy to get invited to come teach at your event, provide team building activities and private sessions.

After a couple of years jamming in different cities, we decided that it was time to gap the bridge between the communities existing across Kaunas and Vilnius: we opened the summer season of 2024 with AcroFriends and AcroYoga Foundations workshops that showed us the need to transform AcroMovementLT into an official THING.

OUR TEAM

From sunrise mats to sunset, our dream team will keep the weekend active and fun - guiding you through mobility drills, playful creative-movement jams, handstands, grounding morning activities, and mindful tea-tasting.

Kate

Co-Founder / AcroYoga trainer

Julita’s movement journey began with yoga at just 8 years old. After exploring capoeira and street dance, she returned to yoga and began teaching in 2014. A year later, she discovered AcroYoga — a practice that sparked a deeper dive into handstands and community building.

Her curiosity for movement continued to grow, leading her to complete a master’s degree in physical education in 2022. Today, Julita is passionate about getting people upside down, sharing playful movement riddles, and helping everyone expand their physical literacy with joy and creativity.

Simona has been “besties” with AcroYoga for about four years - first as a dedicated practitioner and only later as a teacher. Her top priority? Keeping the practice fun (because why wouldn’t it be?) while nurturing a warm, supportive community along the way.

For her, teaching is simply a natural extension of training - a chance to pass on what works, what inspires, and what helps someone take that next brave step. She’s convinced we’re all capable of far more than we think - sometimes we just need to give it a go.

Kate first caught the AcroYoga bug in 2017 and never looked back. These days you’ll find her igniting weekly jams, or planning events across Lithuania for the past 3.5 years, all while spending the last year turning hesitant newcomers into excited flyers.

Fuelled by knowledge gathered at the international Acro festivals that she attends regularly, she’s on a mission to keep the practice wide-open and welcoming - spotlighting partner trust, playful communication, and the kind of community vibes that make you feel lighter before you even leave the ground.
